Product photographs and catalogues are design references. Current construction, test documentation, dimensions, samples, availability and lead time must be confirmed for the product configuration in your quotation.
02
Adding products to a quote basket or submitting the enquiry form does not create a paid order. Price, minimum quantity, packaging, currency, payment milestones, shipping terms, taxes and delivery responsibilities are confirmed in the agreed quotation or contract.
03
Discuss sample approval, inspection, damage reporting, returns and any applicable warranty before placing an order. Do not rely on an older listing or a general material name as a promise of certification, outdoor suitability or guaranteed performance.
