Describe the project
Tell us the destination country and city, indoor room use, approximate area and intended order date. If you have drawings or a design reference, mention them in your enquiry so we can agree how to share them.
Specify the material
Share a collection reference, preferred thickness, dimensions, wear layer, backing and installation method where known. If you are unsure, explain the use rather than guessing a technical grade.
Clarify the delivery scope
Ask the quotation to state units, packing, minimum quantity, sample terms, lead time, currency and shipping scope. Duties and delivery responsibilities should be agreed explicitly.
